WEIGHT LOSS TIPS

Most of us are always asking and experimenting on what we need to do in order to lose weight. These are some basic rules to shedding off the weight you want.

• WATER, WATER, WATER!!! You can never have too much water. Try drinking an ounce of water for every pound of weight. Example: a 175lb man would drink about 175oz of water every day.

• MEAL PORTIONS !!! - Most people eat nice sized meals, but they tend to eat too much. It could be chicken or salmon with rice and salad, just make sure you aren't eating more than you should. • LESS SALT & SUGAR !!! - Too much sugars and salt in your diet are one of the reasons why it's so hard to burn off fat around the abdomen area. It sticks around way longer than healthy composition substances and will likely results in weight gain instead of weight loss.

• LESS CARBS !!! - This applies to carbs such as breads, tortillas, starches, etc. Eat them early in the day to get the energy your body needs, but don't over do it. For example eat half of a blueberry muffin or just half the bagel. The healthy doses in fruits and vegetables can replace the breads, wraps, and tortillas.

• STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD !!! - I repeat, stay away from fast food! You'll ruin your diet and health, even if you choose the fast food salad. Fast food is made with who-knows-what, its a mystery to all of us. The preservatives and chemicals in fast food keep it food in your bodily longer. It isn't natural so it doesn't decompose like it should. You'll also eat an entire days worth of calories in one sitting.
